Butch Kelley serves as Treasurer for the Ozark Foothills Literacy Project. He is a sales representative at Marshall's Dry Goods in Batesville, AR, and he also serves on the Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce board. A former accounting teacher, Butch has a special interest in expanding the Literacy Project's programming to someday include math and financial literacy tutoring.
