The Bad Boy Kids Triathlon is a swim-bike-run event. Distances vary by age group. The maps below show the full course, which will be shortened for younger age groups. There will be volunteers all along the route, serving as guides.
Age 5-6: Pool Swim 25 yards, Bike .5 mi, Run .25 mi
Age 7-9 : Pool Swim 50 Yards, Bike 1 Mile, Run ½ Mile
Age 10-12 : Pool Swim 100 Yards, Bike 2 Miles, Run .75 Mile
Age 13-18 : Pool Swim 150 Yards, Bike 3 Miles, Run 1 Mile
Age 7-9 : Pool Swim 50 Yards, Bike 1 Mile, Run ½ Mile
Age 10-12 : Pool Swim 100 Yards, Bike 2 Miles, Run .75 Mile
Age 13-18 : Pool Swim 150 Yards, Bike 3 Miles, Run 1 Mile
BIKE COURSE:

- Age 5-6 (.5 mile) -- From in front of the pool, kids will ride bikes uphill toward the new Edward Commons/cafeteria, turn around in the parking lot at the dorms, and return.
- Age 7-9 (1 mile) -- Kids will keep going instead of turning around and continue on the outer campus loop, which is 1 mile.
- Age 10-12 (2 miles) -- Kids will do two laps of the mile.
- Age 13-16 (3 miles) -- Kids will do three laps of the mile.
RUN COURSE:

- Age 5-6 (.25 mi) -- Circle the soccer field once.
- Age 7-9 (.5 mi) -- Go outside the soccer field to 23rd St. to the maintenance parking lot, come back along the soccer sidelines to finish.
- Age 10-12 (.75 mi) -- Go around soccer field and duck pond, cross the bridge and finish along the soccer sidelines.
- Age 13-16 (1 mi) -- Go around soccer field, all the way around duck pond, and finish along soccer sidelines.
