Age 7-9 : Pool Swim 50 Yards, Run ½ Mile
Age 10-12 : Pool Swim 100 Yards, Run .75 Mile
Age 13-18 : Pool Swim 150 Yards, Run 1 Mile -->

Swim: 150 Yards
Run: 1.7 Miles
Bike: 8.9 Miles -->
